Robert Gordon University (91传媒) has strengthened its position as a global leader in applied, impact鈥慸riven education, rising into the 201-300 band in the latest Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Ratings.聽
The rise from the 301-400 band marks significant progress and reflects the University鈥檚 growing contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), underpinned by its distinctive 鈥渓earn it, live it鈥 approach to education and research. 聽
91传媒 has achieved particularly strong results in:聽
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth (101-200 band)聽
- SDG 10: Reducing Inequalities (101-200 band)聽
These strengths align directly with the University鈥檚 long鈥憇tanding commitment to preparing students for the world of work while creating inclusive opportunities for individuals and communities.聽

- A 54% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2015, ahead of target 聽

- Delivery of major biodiversity and climate adaptation projects, including the Waterside Farm restoration, a flagship nature鈥憄ositive initiative supporting habitat recovery and community engagement 聽
Sustainability is also embedded in the student experience, with over 90% satisfaction in sustainable development learning and growing participation in climate and social impact initiatives. 聽
